How to Pray:

 

    There are many ways to pray.

    A simple and efficient one is this way:

    Remain at rest, in peace and truth in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ.

    Force nothing. Do not aim to make many thoughts an resolutions. Just be in Christ's presence as a child with his father.

    Think of yourself as belonging to God that He may do with you whatever He pleases. Avoid a lot of words.

    Separate yourself from all things and direct your gaze at Him.

    Be content to look at our Lord to whom you belong.

    God is all.
